Food Package
In Accordance with NYDOCCS Directive #4911, incarcerated individuals of NYDOCCS may receive three (3) packages a month containing Food. The combined weight of these packages may not exceed 40lbs. (640 oz.) monthly. There is a $20 product minimum per order, this minimum does not include shipping or sales tax. Any orders received under this $20 product minimum will be canceled and refunded to the customer. Certain items in this catalog may be restricted at your facility and not available for purchase. Please check with you package room for a complete list of approved items at your facility. Package privileges are subject to change without notice. Please ensure your loved one is eligible to receive a package prior to placing your order. Prices in this catalog are good for 6 months February 1 2026 – July 31 2026 Please use the “Food Package Order Form” to place your order.

FREE ITEMS are only available while the program or supplies last(s). The program many be discontinued without further or prior notice. If a selected Free item is out-of-stock or discontinued, the company will substitute the selected Free item with another item of comparable value, or cancel the Free item if no comparable substitute is available. Free items are only available at facilities where incarcerated adults are allowed to receive Free items.
PAYMENT METHOD: Union Supply accepts all major credit and debit cards with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The following forms of payments are not accepted: personal checks, ACE Cash Express, Green Dot, Cash App, Apple Pay. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact card holder name, billing address, CVV code and telephone number that your credit card issuer bank has on file for you.
SALES TAX: Sales Tax is applied to tangible personal property, candy, cosmetics and toiletries (Tax Code B – Taxable Items). All Clothing and Footwear (under $100) are eligible for a reduced sales tax (Tax Code C-Reduced Taxable Items). Food (except candy) is not taxable (Tax Code A – Non Taxable Items). Please see next page for applicable sales tax per facility.
SHIPPING: All shipped orders will be charged $8.95 (Non-Refundable). Cancelled orders will not be charged.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: Union Supply Direct is not responsible for refused items. Please ensure that the items you ordered are approved at your facility. If an items is not allowed at your facility, please be aware that Union Supply Groups is not responsible for return shipping of these items. Used or abused items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please check all your items upon receipt. If any of these items are found to be missing, defective or damaged in shipping, please notify a facility staff inventorying your package immediately. Damaged or defective food and hygiene items will be refunded. Non-food items may be returned for a refund or replacement. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, approved refunds will be credited back to the card used in the original purchase, including prepaid credit and debit cards. All merchandise that was ordered in error, for any reason, can be exchanged for $6.95. All exchanges or returns must be done within 30 days of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: All products must come back to us directly from the facility. If for any reason you decide to send the package to a friend or family member, instead of back to Union Supply, then that sale is final and no exchanges or refunds will be issued. For security purposes, we cannot accept any products or packages that have left the facility. All original boxes and packaging material are required on any returned goods.

Property Package

Family, Friends and Incarcerated Individuals are responsible for ensuring the items they order are allowed at their facility and the Incarcerated Individual does not exceed the allowable possession limits. No Incarcerated Individual shall possess property (combined State and personal property), including legal material, in excess of that which can be placed in for (4) standard Departmental draft bags.
